Pros
• Autonomous Work (self-reliant, solo work) • Create your own schedule; Work according to your availability (within each job's allotted time frame) • Online training is comprehensive & kept up to date (modules, video conference, & training resources) • Great District Manager & Team; quick to respond & answer questions; & don't micromanage
Cons
• Low-pay; start at an hourly rate, then moves to a pay per job rate - which seems like a pay cut, to an already low pay rate • The dedicated IT & Training support lines, never seem to be available. Which means I have to contact my district team instead; which pretty much negates having the Support lines • While there is an insensitive program, it is by nomination & only one candidate per district 'wins' per month... For independently conducted work, with an already low-pay rate- the incentives & employee recognitions are lacking
