Pros
The freedom to work the hours you want providing you meet your deadlines. The freedom to work out of your home versus travelling to an office and sitting in a cube farm. I've seen may reviews where past employees claim once they are off training pay they are making less money. That is not the fault of the company, that is on the data collector. If you are making less than minimum pay then you are NOT completing your jobs in a timely manner. When you work piece rate time equals money. If you want to make money you have to be efficient in your collections not dawdle. As the company experiences growth they do pass down those benefits to the employees. We now have stock options and matching 401K.
Cons
Constantly understaffed in the field. A culture that basically pits dc's against corporate with DM's riding the middle.
