Pros
The owners of the company care about the employees and strive to create an ideal work environment. There is always room for growth. They are strategic in hiring and everyone brings something special to the table. Great company to grow with.
Cons
There was a few bad apples that I felt brought down the pleasant atmosphere in the office. Nothing personal just a difference in personalities I guess.
