      Pros

      Most people who work here are wonderful to work with and the family is generous and kind.

      Cons

      Incompetent and unethical middle management creates many issues and liabilities for the organization. Gangsterism, Patrimonialism and bossism rein supreme. Highly deceptive management practices leads to insane amounts of inefficiency. I have been growled at more than once by management which is a very strange experience.

      Pros

      Friendly local teams. Most common staff were easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Family owned means they are sucking all the profits out to themselves, board members and executives. Executives are treated liked royalty. Overall terribly run organization. Gross adherence to loyalty.
