Pros
Employees with good technical skills . Overall a great starting job (in IT , i mean ) but only for 2-3 years . Pay is decent , always on time
Cons
Raises come once every 2-3 years , and faster only if you find another job and they finally realize you have value . Nothing is being done to improve the quality of life at work for the employee . There's no benefits like dental , gym or swimming deductions for monthly passes , no recreation rooms with a dart board or ping pong table or something .
