      Good colleagues Well collaborative teammate (Maybe just happened to be in a good team)

      Cons

      Extremely underpaid Bonuses are lowered due to titles Promotion is tough and competitive. Working hard does not get you anywhere. Legacy system. Need to change.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
