A large amount of ego exists at RCC, and because of such the place can truly be toxic. Any ideas or suggestions to make the process or product better falls on deaf ears or get questioned because you aren’t following their process.
The way the sell is extremely awful. Sales are based off monthly time - and because of that, true, good thought and strategies can’t be made. Note, you don’t optimize a digital advertising strategy for a business when you can only touch it for 1 hour a month.
This place seems better at first than all the other small agencies and entry level roles - but it just isn’t worth it. The pay isn’t there, the knowledge isn’t there, and anytime you try to make anything better, be ready to be denied.
