      Bank policies for employee is very good, but the RM and team leader behavior with RO very bad

      Cons

      You will learn a lot of experience from RAK Bank its a great bank, but the Silver Home office of Dubai was surrounded by some bad management, senior management have to question them selves how many employees are going back without doing their job, why? whats the reason

      Good bonus but only if your job performance ratings are A or if you are a favorite of some higher up

      Cons

      No clear operating procedures for branch management, the Compliance and Audit Dept are making rules every day. So if a particular incident happens then they will review and incorporate in the SOP
