      Cons

      Kept making changes to the organisation. Sold their bank, laid off the web development team. Do not join RACQ, they don't remember your contribution, they will make you redundant when they do not need you. Promised a salary hike in a year. Did not happen.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Constant support and training. Amazing rapport with in line managers and they’re always available when you need someone to chat to. Monthly reviews and amazing document support for job processing. Pay is incredible for the role.

      None! Can’t fault RACQ :) can’t wait to continue working for them
