Pros
Great people to work with. Flexible working (currently work in a hybrid role). Great support from my managers in terms of home and working life. Plenty of opportunity to develop within my current role.
Cons
I used to work within the contact centre (I now work in a different part of the business) - working in the contact centre, was not ideal for me due to needing a more flexible job due to my home life which this did not offer.
