Pros

New leaders hired recently are trying to break through the "old school network" Great business model....Stock will do well Growth

Cons

All Sr. Leaders do is critize your work, tell you it isn't good enough. In over 2 years there I never heard one of the top leaders say nice job, thanks for your work....and I was a top talent People stay because of the stock price...only money motivated Culture is one built out of fear of getting called out....seen leaders throw othes under the bus as not to look bad personally

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
