Pros

The coworkers are the only good thing

Cons

R1 does not know how to work with employees. They don’t value them and give very little thought to investing in them. They always make mistakes on payroll and PTO. Their upper management is extremely shady and never tells the front line employees what is going on. Including outsourcing a job and telling that department via email. They really only care about collecting money. Working with them was the biggest mistake Intermountain could have made. They have lost so many good employees because of this.

Flexible hours, remote, FTO policy for management and above

Cons

Insurance is expensive for the family plan, no work/life balance, too many RIFs, upper leadership is a joke.
