Pros
Plenty of work and happy to our pile it on. Higher turnover so "seniority" doesn't take long now. Started getting a good leadership team together for a couple years. Happy to stay small, tried to go midsized but lacked the planning and investment.
Cons
Low pay and minimal raises and bonuses. All nighters and weekends are expected especially for salary staff. Project over commitments and short turnarounds. Lack of larger picture and future planning. Wants to play with the midsized competition but can't compete so staff is pushed too hard... Just get it done, out the door.
