family atmosphere, very good mid level management

Growing too fast, senior level management

Nice working environment and good customers

There is so much favoritism with this company it doesn't seem to matter how much you go above and beyond, if you're not one of the 'favorites' the upper management completely ignores loyalty and hard work.
