Skill based working is taught and done. Weekly suggestions are asked of each employees.

Poor HR Staff. Seniors of the pipes plant and sales team does not behave properly. In depth costing concepts are not discussed although they are mentioned in the monthly master cost sheet. Costing Dept is headed by a Accounts and Finance manager. Salaries are low. No seperate module for costing dept

Nothing good to join this organisation unless you are unemployed for the long period.

Worse Environment to work, no growth at all.
