At R-Biopharm Rhone (a small part of the company in Scotland) I was treated horrifically. I told my manager I was suffering from depression. Six weeks later I was told out the blue I was not up to the companies standards and that a box of my stuff was at the front door. Up until I had told my manager I was recieving great feedback. After that everything was negative and fault finding. Suddenly I was viewed with suspicion for everything I said and did and my manager blamed me for his own mistakes to top management. I was treated like rubbish from the moment I confided in my manager even though I told him I was committed to getting work done (and didn't have a day off) but needed support and guidance. I honestly believed my manager was my friend and I have never felt so betrayed.
