They only act like they care. Once someone with the right “power” has it out for you, it’s over. It’s very much like high school with your MEAN GIRLS cliques and when they decide you are done then you’re out. Lots of nepotism. Co workers talk about each other behind backs. The mean girl cliques hang out after work and broadcast their social hours and drunken nights then make other co workers feel like outsiders during meetings.
