      Entitled to paid 14 days Vacation Leave, 7 days Homecare Leave, 14 days Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave, Shared Paternal Leave, Examination Leave and Reservist Leave upon hire.

      Cons

      No AWS, No 13th month bonus, No profit sharing bonus. Slavery annual salary increment ranges between SGD $30 - $50. Rude and workplace bullying culture. Company has been in debt with vendors and desperately looking for new sponsors for clinical trial studies.

      Exceptional career growth opportunities, great co-workers, management very supportive, attractive benefit options, everyone open to questions from the newbie and have been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

      It's a very large corporation, easy to get lost in the online help/resources systems.
