Hire and Fire Culture. No Job Security. Interns are fired after a major project is completed by them so company can save costs. During my 4 months tenure 5 people were fired (out of 14 people) . It has been 11 years since this company was founded yet there are not even 11 full time employees. They basically get projects done from interns on stipend amount and then fire them citing baseless reasons. During your training period you will be given videos to watch for the first 1 or 2 months and then they will assign the project in training period itself and manager(CTO) will expect you to not make any mistakes , even if you improve upon those mistakes he will keep on finding mistakes if the company has decided to fire you .
