Pros
Use it as a stepping stone for an actual job
Cons
Please avoid this place at all costs; I’ve worked in many different office settings and have never had the displeasure of working somewhere such as this -imbalance of workload; members of staff on the same team will have large differences in the amount of work they receive -managers often resort to unprofessionally yelling at colleagues -the notice period is a whopping 6 weeks, as opposed to industry standard 2 weeks -pay is absolutely bottom of the barrel compared to the industry, with 0 benefits and bare minimum annual leave -NO paid sick leave - to top it off; when I eventually left the company and asked for a reference, the manager blocked my number; instead of giving a simple yes or no
