Everyone on the team brings a level of maturity and mastery of their craft, which means we are constantly learning from one another. We are solving complex problems that no start-up has successfully solved before, so there is never a dull moment!
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but everyone is challenged and pushed outside of their comfort zone. We dig in and help out wherever it is needed regardless of role or job title.
