Executive team are the worst I have ever witnessed. Lots of people leave these types of reviews, but Quorn is truly unique in how badly it is run. Awful strategic and change management abilities, along with a lack of understanding about the business and people within it. They have genuinely eaten away at the healthy profits the business used to make through poor decision making. I feel so sorry for the people who will be left behind, when they move on to their next high paying roles, which will probably be soon, if the performance levels are anything to go by. Monde Nissin should be ashamed of themselves for leaving people like this in charge for so long. Do they really believe Quorn's current situation is simply due to external factors??!! Come on Monde Nissin - wise up!
