Excellent developers. They support each other, promote new ideas and help at implementing them. A constructive environment with no prejudices and great characters, a multinational team where everyone is welcome. You have to take ownership of what you have to do but with the responsibilities there’s a lot of knowledge to be gain. If you’re wondering about the managers, they have lots of nationalities, lots of experience and they’re open minded. The working hours are flexible. Of course, like in any IT company, you’ll have to work and be passionate about what you’re doing. But you’re doing this anyway. And don’t worry, you’ll also have free time to spend with your family.
