It is a pleasure to share worktime with the people working there, the bosses are friendly and sometimes, if you are lucky, you'll be able to work on interesting projects, with "new" technologies

Poor management, programmers (and sometime even project managers) are kept extremely under pressure because they have almost no say on hour estimate and deadlines for the projects (decided arbitrarily by the sales team) and low salaries evene for people with good seniority or in position of responsibility.

Ambiente con personale giovane, dinamico, attento alle esigenze delle persone che ci lavorano dentro. Piani di crescita economici, di ruolo, di responsabilità...Avendo avuto modo di confrontarmi con altre realtà, in Quix si sente molto l'appartenenza ad un gruppo. Inoltre, è positivo avvalersi della flessibilità oraria, del lavoro agile (smartworking), di momenti di condivisione fuori dall'orario di lavoro (eventi aziendali, cene estive - natalizie) proposte di attività sportive ecc.

Nulla è perfetto, ci sono sicuramente delle cose su cui si può sempre migliorare, ma forse non è così in tutte le realtà?
