      Honestly, none. It’s hard to stay motivated when the company is clearly in decline.

      Cons

      User traffic has dropped sharply since ChatGPT became mainstream, and leadership has failed to adapt. Instead of innovating, the company doubled down on hiring academic researchers who lack real-world product sense. They ship features that don’t solve user needs and can be easily replicated—or surpassed—by free AI tools. Decision-making is slow, directionless, and dominated by internal politics. The product is falling behind, and the business outlook is bleak.

      Pros

      I've had a wonderful experience working at the company so far. The team is highly collaborative, and our cross-functional partners genuinely value user experience as well as thoughtful product development for AI products. I've been able to work on high-impact features across many surfaces. The ownership given is both motivating and empowering. The team is very supportive and open to feedback. Work-life balance is solid, and the work environment is flexible and trust-based, which makes it easier to do great creative work.

      Processes are still evolving as the company grows, so priorities can shift quickly and require adaptation.
