Pros

Work with exceptionally smart, driven teammates. True ownership of your work with the freedom to make meaningful decisions. IC-first culture that values individual contribution and autonomy. End-to-end responsibility — take ideas from concept to execution. Fast-paced, high-impact work in one of the most exciting and rapidly evolving tech spaces. Transparent leadership and open communication. Opportunities to innovate and directly influence product direction. Great work-life balance with flexibility and trust. A culture that rewards initiative, creativity, and accountability. Exceptional Competitive Salary and Benifits.

Cons

Operating in the fast-moving AI space means the environment can be quite competitive and fast-paced. The rapid pace of innovation can occasionally create an overhang, especially during high-impact releases or tight timelines. Not ideal for someone looking for a slow or heavily structured work environment. Requires strong ownership and self-driven attitude to thrive.

Pros

I've had a wonderful experience working at the company so far. The team is highly collaborative, and our cross-functional partners genuinely value user experience as well as thoughtful product development for AI products. I've been able to work on high-impact features across many surfaces. The ownership given is both motivating and empowering. The team is very supportive and open to feedback. Work-life balance is solid, and the work environment is flexible and trust-based, which makes it easier to do great creative work.

Cons

Processes are still evolving as the company grows, so priorities can shift quickly and require adaptation.
