      Laid-back and friendly environment. Workers are friendly because of the freedom they have (provided they do their work).

      Cons

      In some cases, it can be stressful during rushes. Other than that you are usually hired through word of mouth / through a friend.

      shifts were super flexible for students; usually there's more than enough employees to cover for a busy week

      Cons

      all the employees are students; wasn't uncommon for people to cancel their shift and leave you alone
