      Exceptional sales training Clear structure and goals Great environment to be surrounded by other motivated people

      Cons

      Long days and work hours (pre covid..not sure if anything has changed) A sense of brainwashing/damage control efforts to minimize the destruction of the heavy demand

      Pros

      Meeting new people and forming relationships that last a lifetime.

      Cons

      The hours were crazy and you could get terminated for missing one email after receiving 100 emails a day.
