Pros
Location if you live in the West Island. No overtime or weekends.
Cons
There are too many cons to list. This company has a high turnover. Things change on a daily basis which makes it hard to get any traction. The only way you can make money is if you stick it out and stay for more than 2 years. Everyone does their own thing and hides in their offices. There are a few employees who are willing to help new people. There's no company atmosphere. They use outdated software. The training was ok but could be better. At the interview, they make it sound like a great stable company to work for which isn't the case. The compensation doesn't justify the work. The owner is cheap and acts as if he cares about the employees when all he cares about is how much money is going in his pocket.
