Pros

None, None, None, None, None, NONE!

Cons

They are all workaholics - regularly expected to work after hours, way too many details to keep track of with no information systems to speak of. Expecting employees to read minds and be "in the loop" when not communicated to or invited to meetings, judgemental over everything you say and do, worked 50-60 hours week regularly with little support (they say they will, but if everyone is in meetings, you can't get support), very clear they underhire and overexpect without communications.

Pros

I love the company, and the leaders I get to work with. I appreciate the culture, and the focus on smart, kind, and driven people. They take a proactive measure to ensure the culture is aligned with their words. The CEO is the best leader I have had the previlege to work with.

Cons

When we say the are committed to their culture - it is real. If you are not smart, kind, and driven you cannot be here - so they do hold team members accountable to who they are, and who they become.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
