They always keep snacks around the office to munch on, and they even buy the team food at least once a month, which makes the environment feel appreciated and welcoming. Management is supportive and provide all the tools you will need to succeed. Environment is really fun and inviting. They are not your typical sales company. They actually do care about you as a person as long as you are doing your best.

It is a grind and hard work but worth it.

• team can be supportive and wants you to succeed • provide free snacks/coffee • they let you ease into it, don’t expect too much when first starting • management does offer feedback, not as often as I would like (once or twice a month) • culture is chill, crack jokes here and there

• could feel like there’s micromanaging at times • if your new, be careful with AE’s as they do look out for management when they’re not on the floor • no phones in sight (feels like I’m back in high school) • when I worked there, there was no talk about benefits at all whatsoever • fed once a month at the end of the month (good food tho) • sometimes you call people from years ago and leads go no where, then when you don’t perform they get upset at you but literally the leads that are given to you are just so old and useless.
