Pros
No Pros: Absolutely Nothing Positive to Highlight.
Cons
No Planning or Documentation * There’s absolutely no planning or product documentation. If you ask for documentation, the CEO and CTO take it as a personal attack, as if following proper processes is a waste of time. Chaotic and Unresearched Ideas * The CEO often comes up with random ideas, claims they’re billion-dollar concepts, and expects them to be built in 2-3 days. No market research or proper follow-up is done, and if the idea fails, it’s dropped 1-2 weeks after release, No iteration at all. CEO never held accountable for his mistakes. Weak Leadership * The CTO lacks confidence and never supports the tech team. Instead, they blindly agree with whatever idea the CEO has, no matter how impractical. * Both the CEO and CTO have inflated egos and seem to think they’re on the level of Elon Musk. Toxic Work Culture * The environment is extremely toxic. Employees are expected to work 24/7 with no clear vision or direction. * Company-wide daily standups last for hours and waste everyone’s time. The CEO often uses these meetings to humiliate anyone who says they can’t finish a task on time. No Growth or Learning * There’s no guidance, no mentorship, and no learning opportunities. It feels like they don’t even need a tech team—freelancers would probably be better suited for the way they operate.
