Good money on weekends- adding a sentence also as glassdoor has a 5 word min you have no qualities. The only pro for Quest was leaving. If your reading this with consideration of working with Quest I advise read on in Glassdoor and really question if this is right for you - anything else is better trust the feed of reviews!
Cons
You will be working in high school like conditions in a nursing home environment. Anything from middle mgmt to higher is just terrible, corporate greed at its finest. your biggest problem will be THE middle man who makes every conversation a problem - and loves it! no leeway to do your job, job description in the interview vs first day is very different to the point you sign a new paper and all the protections in interest of Quest (basically means they get a one up on their new starters so they can sue them without hesitation if need be) their poor people skills quickly become your personal problem. The office is as visually mundane as the environment and culture - run down along with their antiquated systems and directors. Andrew your a lot of work and need to step down. This modern day Steve Jobs loves to scream at his staff, projects dont have a proper objective, products are rushed out the door leading to poor customer experiences; thats just the beginning. The CEO has no purpose apart from the fact she wanders around occasionally pulling rank but has little input to the business - almost seems as if she dosnt know what the business is. Even to the point one day where she was overheard expressing her frustration to the fact there was no Australia say display in the lobby on Aus day due to the fact that others thought this may be a sensitive and somewhat controversial mix for obvious reasons; however the response was “Well I will not be dictated” and forced a display to be put up. EVERYTHING is legacy, their old ticketing system which no longer exists to the public always breaking but then they never want to know about this - this will bring you to the blame game which is real bad here, nobody is accountable within the management teams for their actions or purposes until it suits them. There are no HR processes in place so know that when you get put on the spot and made to explain something it goes from your manager to CEO - which is where the corruption comes in, this is a quick way for them to frame or control people in a way that may or may not be legal but cuts out the middle process (HR) as they see fair working conditions to their employees as risky business since they have a lot of dirt on their hands already. The middle manager will bully you until you conform in his ways and tests you on everything, such as being very firm about no wfh but will occasionally run in his wfh rights or milk his ability to leave the office early, however if you dare need an hour off you will feel the pressure. They will treat you like they pay you enough to devote your life to the business and thats what they expect, anything less is not meeting expectations, career progression is null, everyone here is unhappy.
