Pros

Descent pay (mid 90's), same with the equipment depending on base, 5 weeks vacation to start, home every day. Manual labor portion can be physically demanding at times, kind of like being paid to work out a bit. Growth on the horizon, though to be limited to those we have yet to hire, so, good for them.

Cons

What's the point of being home every day if you're flying a 35-40+ hour duty week at night on a regular basis. Basically takes up all your time if you're to be rested for the evenings flight. Company likes to run LEAN, makes for an exhausting work environment.

Pros

good benefits, good wages, great commissions structure. Workload 40+ Hours a week but one can maintain a good balance between work and life.

Cons

Non-management employees that do not want to work and provide poor performance are protected well because of the union while manager can be fired at any time without notice or documentation or warnings.
