You will gain a better understanding of the places, environments, and people where you should not work or invest your time. You will also learn the skills of managing and saving money, as they don't pay salaries for 1-2 months (which has been happening for the last 2 years).
Cons
a. Delayed Salary: No timely salary payments. b. False Promises: I had personal encounters with the CEO and management where they made false promises regarding growth, compensation, work, and the environment. c. Work: There is a lack of proper projects. d. Delivery Pipeline: Even though they have renowned clients, if you see their working procedures or the quality of their deliverables, you will be surprised and left questioning their competence and common sense. e. Upskilling: I personally put effort into making upskilling a priority in the company. I tried convincing the management—especially the CEO, Sanjeev Mishra—with several strategies to improve employee skill sets for the company's benefit, but it was all in vain. f. Increments: No increments, no hikes, no bonuses, no variable payouts, and delayed Full and Final (FnF) settlements. g. Leadership/Management: The CEO, Sanjeev, has been surrounded by conflict for a long time. The management lacks the skills to run a business, as well as professionalism, consistency, and a growth mindset. h. Revenue: The company made a profit by pulling pre-approved clients from Covergytics (the previous entity), but has since failed to deliver quality work and made bad investments. i. Future Growth: Negative growth and learning. The only thing you will learn is how to survive without a salary for 2-3 months. j. Peers: The workforce is highly demotivated, underskilled, and lacks proper communication abilities.
