- At the expense of your mental health - Disorganized and borderline unethical HR practices--"10% overtime" should not be advertised as part of your salary, personnel issues are handled disgracefully, without discretion or resolution - False “transparency” with upper management and HR - Managers and engineers have obvious favorites - Responsibilities are almost always unclear, but you're expected to know what they are - Since the company is so small, one bad seed can ruin your entire experience - Don't expect empathy if you're sick Working here made me feel so much anger and abandonment for myself that I didn't know I could experience.
