Do not recommend - Revenue Cycle Supervisor Quantum Vision Centers Employee Review

The staff members are all very friendly and very helpful. The opportunity to learn is endless. The company provides continuing education. Team work is our number one priority and everyone is always involved on decision making when it comes to figuring out ways to improve our company.

I literally can not think of any cons that are associated with this company at all.

Guaranteed hours and holiday pay if the holiday falls on a day you would normally be scheduled to work. If it falls on the weekend then you don't get the holiday pay. Also a new change if the office is closed to in climate weather you will still get paid. Both only apply to full time employees I believe. Another pro is free soft drinks and snacks. The pay is pretty decent but managements expectations definitely outweigh the benefits.

Slave to a doctors office. They don't want to allow for time off if you need to go to the doctor & pto/sick days are bunched together. They won't let you cash out PTO either you use it or lose it. If you have any sort of health problems or children you can forget about ever taking a vacation because you will have to use all of your PTO for doctors appointments, personal/sick time. The insurance is pathetic at best. A $5000 deductible plus you pay $150 out of pocket every month whether you use it or not and most cannot afford to. Management is hostile at best. The office is full of women who all complain about each other and gossip endlessly. You're not allowed to eat anything with garlic or onion because it's rude to patients. Just chew a piece of gum. If you request a day off and you don't have time off it counts as an unexcused absence even if it's approved. If you get sent home for throwing up in the office that's also an unexcused absence.
