Working hours are a bit difficult to get used to if you do not live in Hawaii

The administration is very caring and open to feedback from their employees. They have created a family-like atmosphere and show true caring about their employees. They are constantly improving the quality and content of their educational course work with the latest research and technology. I love working with them. They respect my opinion and I feel like I am heard, as they do follow through with recommendations and suggestions.

I really cannot think of anything that is a con working with this university
