They can fire you anytime , but if you want to leave the company you have to serve the notice period (according to their agreement )which is not acceptable They treat programmers as workers. management is very bad. No coordination between backend and frontend team, upper management people are not of coding background so they except you to compete given task within given time irrespective of its complication level in coding
