      Pros

      Quantiphi is a great organisation to learn and work on different cutting edge technologies in a short span of time as projects time span is short-medium mostly. Especially for Freshers from ML background, Quantiphi can be great foundation stone.

      Cons

      Not a great company for MERN, MEAN stack developers. Most often you need to stretch your working hours effecting work life balance. Single resource is over used for multiple roles. No proper parking facility

      Steep learning curve. Tough if you are not ready to get into the weeds, learn and grow.
