Pros
Incredible technology, literally the most capable quantum computers in the world by IBM's own benchmark. Brilliant people, extremely talented workpool. Very little dead weight. Extraordinarily strong support from upper management, including prioritization support and work/life balance. Building a culture for the marathon not the sprint.
Cons
Middle management layer is pretty green, consisting almost entirely of people that were purely technical until recently promoted.
