Having several years of experience in academia and working with other companies, I can confidently say that this is one of the best places to work as a research scientist focusing on quantum technologies. The company has several very well-equipped offices with the flexibility to work from home or any offices in the UK or abroad. Excellent management across all the teams. The HR team is always responsive and addresses any issue promptly. Moreover, this is now among the largest quantum computing companies globally, and it is still growing. They have diverse expertise in both software and hardware (especially with the recent merger with Honeywell). The researchers get a significant amount of freedom to choose their research projects and publish their results. There are also many weekly seminars and internal conferences for researchers to form collaborators.
