      Pros

      Has a great culture that encourages collaboration and personal/professional growth. You are able to feel like your work has a direct impact on the company and bottom line. Management team that is now in place has great vision for the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Only Con I would say is there is not a lot of internal employees, but the company is actively searching and looking to grow and add some great new professionals to the team.

      Pros

      There are almost no pros working for this company. Complete waste of time. Inconsiderate and do not care about employees after they get them in.

      Cons

      They screw up insurance paper work just outside of the open enrollment period so you have to get insurance outside of the company provided insurance. They cost me over $300 in loss on my vacation pay. They continuously forget to pay me for my time earned and then come up some incompitent excuse as to why your paycheck was short 16 out of 40 hours.
