      Pros

      What I like the most about this company are the managers and their attitude. Before projects are assigned, meetings are conducted by the managers of teams. They always encourage everyone to speak and contribute their ideas. I remember when I was new, I also had some ideas regarding the projects. I was really happy that the manager heard them and considered them.

      I am happy and satisfied. There are no cons as of now.

      other review are seems to be fake extremely poor work life balance, people constantly reaching out to phone even on weekends pressurize to work even more than 14 hours some days any random day 10 hour + work is normal
