Pros
It's a company committed and involved with inclusion in al its spectrum. Is not that big, so you can resort to every person in there without problem, everybody is always open to talk. It's is a good option and oportunity to learn, even if it's an industrial maintenance company, it's related with mining, metallurgical, hidro, construction and so many others.
Cons
Being a little company (at least in Chile) makes difficult to grow up in QUANT. There aren't many carreer oportunities, and if it shows one up, it's probably your manager doesn't want you to leave. If you are a fast learner, you'll be bored soon and it won't be any oportunity for you to keep learning. Salaries are low in comparison with other companies in Chile, we don't have many benefits and agreements are not maintained over time.
