Pros

Not just a numbers company. Cares about employees. Invested in training and growing employees.

Cons

It is a small to mid sized company with all the standard growing pains that come with a company of that size.

Pros

Going to give you my experience here and you can take from it as you wish. QTS is ran by smart, hardworking people that take their job seriously. That being said, there is a lot to learn and benefit from working here. I am not being endorsed to say any of this, I genuinely had a great experience working here and learned a TON. To be plain - I recommend you give this company your best effort if you are given the opportunity to work here. You will gain valuable resume equity and experience but you have to be a sponge and not a rock. How do you stand out at a small business? Learn, share what you learn, improve things.

Cons

small business - you cant just come in and clock in and do nothing.

Pros

I don't have any pros, but I will say that I was hired during a particularly messy time pandemic-wise. So it is very possible my experience had a lot to do with that...but what came after had no excuse at all.

Cons

They put me on a team that already had a BA and hired me with the promise of training. No training ever came, and my attempts to reach out, self-start, and self-learn amounted to nothing. I was fired and told in person that I was laid off for restructuring reasons, only for them to file it as a performance issue that then put a black mark on my resume that still haunts me almost five years later. I would have never found out if it weren't for a background check from a perspective employer dug it up. The CEO, Kevin Gallegher, even promised to write me a letter of recommendation and provide a reference, which also amounted to nothing. Admittedly, I haven't been fired from many jobs, so I don't know how normal it is...but all this time later it's still something I have to explain in interviews, even though I've been with a different company for years now.
