Pros

-The regional manager I work with is good

Cons

-They don’t value work/life balance -Corporate doesn’t care about the wellbeing of on-site employees -Employees aren’t allowed to take anytime off during the holidays (October-January). -No training -Outdated policies & procedures makes workload double I don’t recommend working for this company as an on-site employee. They don’t value their employee at all. There are literally no perks and they do not care about work life balance whatsoever.

Pros

The team has clarity in their purpose and why they exist. They aspire to be of service and create great communities. I love how they strive to be of service and serve.

Cons

Fast and nible and managing a lot. Also adding lots of technology to help, so I hear of a learning curve for most. Learning and using technology to be more productive is good but not always comfortable.

Not good leadership. Upper management lacked empathy and not great support with training lower management properly.
