Poor company culture - Community Manager Quality Management Group Employee Review

The team has clarity in their purpose and why they exist. They aspire to be of service and create great communities. I love how they strive to be of service and serve.

Fast and nible and managing a lot. Also adding lots of technology to help, so I hear of a learning curve for most. Learning and using technology to be more productive is good but not always comfortable.

At the company going through growing pains. To many changes

Not good leadership. Upper management lacked empathy and not great support with training lower management properly.
