Company was sold during covid

Traco is the I&E department. Quality seems like a good place to work.

Starting pay is about $1.⁵⁰ lower than average. With no 6 month or 1 year pay increase. Traco has management that blames all issues on people below and talks down on workers. Hours are rounded off so you either get a few extra minutes of pay or you get shorted.
