The pay is good with a the ability to choose which days you would like to work. Assignments maybe little to no hard work depends on the client at MLH.
Cons
Long sitting hours which can be boring, no benefits, and pay can be less if you do not commit to working block shifts at MLH. Some of the places they send you too can be good from the start but the people you work with can make it great or a draining experience.
