Good Company with paying less Salary - Anonymous employee Qualitest Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, the certifications and tests that you are discussing are not used here at QualiTest USA. Therefore, it appears that this review is for a different company or perhaps a different branch of QualiTest. We consider our employees our most important asset and we work hard to create programs in order to train and develop them in house. For juniors, we don’t require any prior experience or any specific certificate, they just have to be smart & show a tester mindset. For senior job openings, we don’t require certificates, but possessing a knowledge, depends on the job requirement.
